Hi! My name is Malaika, I am the creator behind Black and Beige Co.

It was established during our 2020 world pandemic. Due to all the global restrictions I missed going to the spa, traveling, being outdoors, social and family gatherings. So, I felt inspired to create something that would bring all of the things I enjoyed into my home.

As I thought of all the creative things to do, making candles became #1. It was my escape from the harsh reality. Well...I have always loved candles; fruity, floral, musks, earthy, and citrus scents. Once I began my candle making journey I just knew I found my niche. 

I tested and tested and tested; hours after hours, and a lot of money spent to bring all the ideas I had to life. After 5 months of perfecting and STILL perfecting my craft I decided to launch it to you all. 

I want everyone to experience tranquility, serenity and peace. By providing a product that invites you to enjoy nostalgia and luxury in the comfort of your home. Our handcrafted products are aesthetically pleasing home decor and promotes self-care.
